管理培訓生
Our Management Trainee Program aims to develop talents in ports & terminal management industry. The candidates will enjoy a wide exposure in multiple roles in our Company and gain solid relevant working experience during the period. The exposure will include both Headquarters in HK & Shanghai as well as front-line port & terminal in China & Oversea.
After an all-around training, the trainees shall be able to obtain a good understanding of different job functions, our Company's business strategy and the future development. The career path of the trainees will depend on their interests, expertise and the business needs of our Company.
