Mr. SUN, aged 57, has been a Deputy General Manager of the Company since April 2025. He joined the COSCO group in 1994 and has held various positions, including the department manager at China Ocean Shipping Agency Dalian Co., Ltd., project manager at COSCO Pacific Ltd., executive deputy general manager of Guangzhou Nansha Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd., general manager of the Development Department at COSCO Pacific (China) Investment Co., Ltd., chief operation officer of Piraeus Container Terminal S.A., party secretary and executive deputy general manager of Quanzhou Pacific Container Terminal Co., Ltd./Jinjiang Pacific Port Development Co., Ltd., general manager and deputy party secretary of Anqing Port Co., Ltd., chief executive officer of COSCO SHIPPING Ports (Spain) Terminal Co., Ltd., and the chairman and party secretary of Tianjin Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd. Mr. SUN has over 30 years of working experience in domestic and international ports and logistics companies, with extensive expertise in terminal operation and logistics management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Light Sources and Illumination Engineering from Fudan University (B.Sc.) and a Master’s Degree in Navigation Technology from Dalian Maritime University (M.Eng.). He is a senior economist and senior engineer.
